Finding a good trailer for sale at a reputable online store is sometimes a challenge.  There are many stories about scams from some trailer companies that advertise trailers that do not exist and only want to grab you deposit money.

This guy is a scam artist. We gave him a deposit for a trailer last November and the trailer was never delivered nor were our emails and phone calls returned. Went to his website to email him again in May and found a statement from an ex-employee that he was no longer in business and was being investigated for fraud. Have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office. Have seen many similar stories about him on various sites. He does this for a living and from what I understand has now opened a new business. Do not under any circumstances give this guy any money!

It is much safer to buy from a dealer that can show you actual trailers that you can see in person instead of on an online auction site.  A good place to start is a new listing site that has thousands of trailers for sale.  Trailer-Pages.com is set up to allow you to browse and list new and used cargo trailers, utility trailers and dump trailers.  Best of all if you want to sell you used cargo trailer, listings are free to post for individuals and cost only $10 per month for dealers.
